Dialysis Technician

As VHC Health continues to grow we are looking for a Dialysis Technician to join our team! Under the direct supervision of the RN, the technician sets up the hemodialysis unit and operates related equipment to provide dialysis treatment for patients with kidney disorders or failure.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• One year of Dialysis experience preferred.

• Assemble and prepare the dialysis machine for patient treatment.
• Prepare patient for dialysis treatment, including setting patient up to EKG, O2 sat monitor and pre dialysis vital signs.
• Initiate, monitor and discontinue patient hemodialysis treatment according to unit policy, under the direct supervision of a RN.
• Perform sterile dressing changes.
