Job Description

The Digital Media and Marketing Interns will assist the Digital Media and Marketing Manager, who leads the digital marketing program for the Luxotic Retreats portfolio at the brand and consulting level including email, web design, display, paid search, SEO, and social media. Responsibilities include:
- Assist with Designing and Developing Luxotic Retreats web design, digital and onsite signage presence to increase site visitors and overall guest experience

- Assist with Budgeting, structuring and optimizing global media campaigns based on ROAS and target KPIs.

- Assist with Developing and executing email marketing communication plan to increase incremental revenue
- Assist with Managing social media and develop content strategy for property and brand accounts, executing as needed. Develop and manage ongoing SEO strategy including regular of keyword optimization and key words.
- Assist with Implementing tracking parameters on all digital marketing efforts to test strategies and provide best-practice recommendations to optimize future and ongoing campaigns.
- Assist with Analyzing and assembling analytics through various reporting platforms (i.e. Google Analytics) and reporting out on results to leadership.
- May include communicating with agency partnerships as needed for SEO, web design, third-party marketing and production teams, paid media paid search, and social media.

Job Type: Full-time (90 probationary period) or Contract)

Pay: $8-12/hr + commission

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Web Design: 1 year (Required)
• Marketing: 1 year+ (Required)
• Digital Marketing: 1 year (Required)
