Director of ICU Needed!

We are seeking a Director of ICU to join our growing team in Miami, FL. The 400+ bed Hospital is known for having a great culture amongst staff and true team-oriented environment in the ICU. The department is well staffed with low turnover, so you will be walking into a great position without much heavy lifting needed. This position will report to the COO of the Hospital.

• $120K - $150K depending on experience
• 15% annual bonus incentive

Requirements

• Must have prior RN Manager or Director Level experience
• Active FL - RN License
• BSN
