Our client-focused office needs a reliable and well-organized Dispatcher Supervisor with Profit & Loss accountability plus a Quickbooks Online expert to handle day-to-day sales and operations with a focus on efficiency and creativity. This includes dispatching, customer service, AR & AP duties for all of Rapido Rolloff using Quickbooks Online. We are looking for someone that can accommodate flexible hours to start from 7am to 3:30pm. We’re looking for an energetic professional with customer service experience, who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.

Rapido Rolloff is located in both Pueblo (41 Greenhorn Drive, Pueblo, CO 81004)_ and _Colorado Springs (3030 N El Paso Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80907). Candidate must be willing to work in both Colorado Springs and Pueblo.

Dispatching, Quickbooks, & Sales responsibilities and duties include:

  • Ability to Sale plus manage Profit and Loss responsibilities.
  • Present sales materials to potential customers and answer questions with integrity and confidence.
  • Meet current customers and make sure completely satisfied. If any problems, work with management to resolve.
  • Dispatch drivers to job locations for all customers: drop, exchanges, and pulls.
  • Invoice customers on a daily basis and handle pre-payments with credit cards.
  • Track all our containers using excel – verifying locations by auditing monthly.
  • Must be experienced in using Quickbooks Online.
  • Handle all account payables ensuring payments are made timely.
  • Maintain logs and records of all calls, activities and track all containers.
  • Provide field crew the necessary information to coordinate and prioritize container orders needed for pick up, drop off or exchange.
  • Uphold the company’s non-disclosure, confidentiality policies, and agreements.
  • Must maintain and organize files, both digital and physical files.
  • Follow detailed instructions and complete work within specified deadlines.
  • Support D2 Demo & Dirt + Utilities (Sister Company), if needed
  • Understands and continues education in risk management, OSHA regulations, and workmen compensation.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Communicate effectively both orally, and in writing. Person must be coachable.
  • Must exhibit patience and tact in dealing with employees and customers.
  • Work hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch. At least one Saturday required for training purposes for three to four hours.
  • Sales includes ability to post on social media for Rapido (LinkedIn, Facetime, Alignable, Google Business, etc.)
  • Other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma.

· Two-years or more in sales/customer service experience.

· Two-years of Dispatching experience

· Must be proficient in using Quickbooks Online.

· Sound judgement and critical thinking.

· Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Comfort with fast-paced environment.

· Must be able to pick up 20-50 Pounds.

· Proficiency and Experience in Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Word, & Excel.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Must have a valid Driver’s License and own car for running any errands.

· Must pass a background check and drug test (required before hire and randomly during employment).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
