PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Candidate should be comfortable with a daily work schedule of tasks that may vary from day to day. Candidate should possess intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Candidate must be willing to perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Candidate would be responsible for monitoring documents sent to title/escrow partners and ensuring that the loan conditions are met prior to funding
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform file reviews while adhering to regulatory compliance and time frames
· Monitor pipeline and balance workload accordingly
· Work collaboratively with internal and external clients to provide superior customer service
· Responsible to re-review data input and assure required loan document information is correct; property address, vesting, loan amount, interest rate, impounds, legal description, etc.
· Verify lock information, fees and closing disclosure figures. Ensure that all loans meet guidelines for quality and regulatory compliance, and investor closing standards are met
· Identify and review problem files and take corrective action to facilitate accurate document preparation; inform manager on status of problem files and requesting assistance if necessary.
· Completes data input for Initial Closing Disclosure/ Business Purpose Estimated Fees – verifying lender fees, title fees, invoices & impounds (taxes & insurance) and make corrections to ensure the data entered reflects accurate/compliant information and meets all state and federal regulations. Sends prepared Initial Closing Disclosure/ Business Purpose draft via email first to the broker team for review/approval and then to the borrower.
· Escalate issues to the appropriate manager
· Other duties as assigned or any other job function that management deems necessary

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of 3 recent years as a mortgage loan documents drawer/closer (Preferred)
· Experience in Doc Magic (Preferred)
· Experience in Byte (Preferred)
· Mortgage Lending: 3 years (Preferred)
· Strong analytical skills
· Effective communicative skills – both written and oral
· Effective time-management skills
· Basic skill-set in working with all Microsoft Office tools
