TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring drivers for junk removal.
$500 sign on bonus payable after your first 45 days!
Must be able and willing to commute to Bethel Park
Driver’s license required but no experience or CDL necessary.

COMPENSATION
- Driver base pay: $21/hour upon completion of 5 day driver training program + TIPS!
- Opportunities for additional pay include:
- Driveway sales - ability to upsell and close a sale with customers
- Pay raise within the first 90 days upon review

HOURS
- Full-time and part-time schedules available Monday through Saturday.
- Hours change day-to-day depending on the job.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Must be willing to submit a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Work hard to safely remove items from clients’ homes, offices, and buildings.
- Accurately complete junk removal paperwork and payment collection
- Assist with maneuvering the truck, backing up, and navigating to job and disposal sites.
- Clean the truck at the end of the day.
- Provide top level customer service to build on our strong brand image.
- Make product recommendations to customers and upsell services as needed.
- Deliver marketing materials to targeted areas
PAID TRAINING
- Safety is our highest priority. Our training program covers everything you need to know prior to your first day on the job.
- Our 5 day driver training program teaches you to safely maneuver our 26ft automatic straight trucks.
