PAY RANGE FOR DUMPLING PREP: $24.00-$25.27/hour

JOB PURPOSE:Dumpling Preps are responsible for preparing, assembling, closing and steaming the dumplings for the guest. Dumpling chefs work from a show kitchen and thus must maintain a clean, groomed and professional appearance.
