Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, test, and oversee the manufacturing of electrical equipment, systems and components for custom products and/or equipment.

· Create plans and drawings for electrical circuits, components, and equipment.

· Design using CAD software to create models and layouts of electrical systems.

· Estimate the cost of materials and labor for projects.

· Prepare schematic wiring diagrams

· Select components to meet the customer specifications and code requirements.

· Works with departments within the Manufacturing facility

· Assists customers and with troubleshooting of electrical circuits and customer/technical support.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

· 2+ years of hands-on electrical design, circuit design, advanced mathematics, linear systems and analysis and electrical schematics.

· Ability to read all applicable drawings, including mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.

· Proficiency with CAD for creating and modifying drawings and SolidWorks is highly desired.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
