Co-op Job Profile:

Prepares calculations, sketches and drawings of electrical, instrument and control systems. Performs a variety of CAD drafting, design, and engineering tasks on projects under the supervision of an engineering staff member. Assists others in assignments that will develop work knowledge and abilities through the application of standard engineering and design techniques, procedures and criteria. Work tasks generally become more complex and challenging in later co-op terms.

Career development:

Co-ops at C&I will join a project team to assist fellow engineers with design work for various projects. The Co-op is given progressively more difficult work each subsequent semester.
