Job Description

Join us at Huntington Learning Center! We are looking for talented Elementary School teachers that will help students achieve self-confidence, motivation, and academic success. Our programs support students K-12 with closing the COVID gap, reaching their goal SAT/ACT test scores, and moving to the front of the class academically.

After a paid training period to learn our methods, you will spend your time teaching and making a difference in children’s lives. We provide the curriculum and develop individualized programs for each student. There is no homework to correct, no lessons to plan, no meetings with parents - just teaching!

The Opportunity:
  • Work with students in a 1-to-1 setting, or a small group up to 4.
  • Focus on classroom skill development, executive functioning skills, subject tutoring, and homework help.
  • There are no lesson plans to write or homework assignments to grade!
  • Paid training and professional development opportunities.

Hours:
  • We are seeking tutors for our busiest times between 4-8:30pm Monday-Thursday; Saturdays 8am-3pm
  • Minimum commitment of 6 hours per week, with 15+ hours available!

Requirements Include:
  • 4-year degree required. Certification/license a plus.
  • Must be a caring and qualified professional committed to the success of students!
