Total Tutoring Services provides individualized tutoring, homework help, test prep and academic coaching to students ages pre-k through college. Our team is comprised of a dynamic group of dedicated, and passionate educators. We are looking for experienced tutors who pride themselves on their attention to detail, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Tutoring/teaching experience
• Able to commit to at least six months of tutoring
• Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to build rapport with the students and parents
• Have a reliable vehicle for transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Teaching certification is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Meet with students in person at their home or local library. Most tutoring sessions occur after school, evenings, and weekends.
• Coordinate and communicate with parents on student progress.
• Submit a session report after each tutoring session within twenty-four hours of completed session.
• Must be able to confidently tutor students in specified subject areas.
• Desire and personality to establish a fun learning environment.
