Position Summary
Bell is seeking an engineering-minded high school graduate/pre-college student for a CO-OP position within the Liaison Engineer team. We are looking for an individual that strives daily for innovation and excellence. The selected candidate will support Bell’s Liaison Engineering team by collecting data for aircraft repairs, interrogating CATIA V6 models, and learning Bell processes.
Primary Position Responsibilities
Assist 525 Liaison Engineering and Stress with data collection through measurements, photos, and CATIA V6 interrogation.
Support Root Cause/Corrective Action activity including the investigation of defective, damaged, non-conforming parts or assemblies.

Education
High school graduate accepted into a 4-year college or 2-year junior college starting in Fall 2023.
Qualifications
Engineering-minded high school graduate or pre-college student
Plan on seeking an engineering degree starting in Fall of 2023
PC proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment consisting of Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Design personnel.
Ability to prioritize a variety of assignments.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
