This is a full-time position Monday- Friday 8:30 am-5pm, No nights or weekends!
We seek an eager, enthusiastic and experienced Dental Patient Coordinator who excels in:
● Having a 5-star service approach to patient care
● Communicating with patients and their families with compassion
● Experience with OMS Vision software and a digital office is a plus
● Teamwork, multi-tasking, problem solving and getting things done with a gentle touch
Your areas of responsibility would include:
● First point of contact in greeting all patients in office and over the phone
● Answering phones and scheduling appointments
● Keeping accurate patient records
● Perform other job - related duties as assigned
