Family Physician

Marathon Health is seeking a Family Physician who has knowledge and experience in primary care and preventative services to treat and work with the employees and families (ages 2+) of our clients at their near-site corporate health and wellness center in downtown Indianapolis, IN.

This is a 32 - 36 hour per week position. No on-call or weekends. We offer excellent salary and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, HSA, malpractice, CME assistance, life and disability, paid time off and holidays.

Responsibilities:
The Family Physician is responsible for providing primary care services, conducting onsite health risk assessments, providing wellness education, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions.

The position may also be responsible for the oversight of the care delivered by the medical staff within the Marathon Health Center. Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the center’s staff is a key ingredient to success in this position.
Qualifications:
  • Unrestricted medical license required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Must have primary care/family practice experience
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required
  • You should believe in making a difference and believe in quality decisions, great communication, collaboration, and instilling trust to lead a great wellness program
