Position: Field Sales Representative (Freshers can apply)

Duration: Fulltime

Location: Memphis, TN

We are looking for passionate individuals interested in working as Canvassers and building a career in Sales and Marketing. Our client is a leading provider of a high quality patented gutter system that provides unrivaled protection to millions of homes nationwide. Responsibilities:

· Attend training sessions to learn about the organization's product and services. Learn and gain understanding about the products, services, and the value we bring to our customers.

· Door-to-door in the designated neighborhood, speak with residents about our product and services. Provide literature and promotional materials to interested individuals.

· Demonstrate knowledge of our product/services and our USP. Answer any questions about the product and services.

· Generate leads and sign-up people (home-owners) for the demo.

· Meet daily or weekly marketing and engagement goals.

· Foster engaging dialogue with people about our product and services.

· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

· Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Keep accurate records of interactions with the public.

· Able to maintain a high level of energy and positive attitude.

· Canvassing can be physically demanding. Candidates should be able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent.

· Prior experience in Customer Service and Sales preferred but not required.

Benefits:

· Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

Work Hours: 30 hours a week (Mon -Thu: 2 PM – 8 PM Local Time and Fri: 10 AM – 4 PM Local Time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
