EnerSys is hiring female service technicians to participate in a 6-month PAID training program. No experience as a service technician, you say? Not yet, we say.

All you need is an eagerness to learn and a good attitude. We’ll handle the rest with our hands-on training program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As part of our Women in Field Service program you will gain first-hand experience in the servicing and calibration of our equipment and systems as well as gaining customer service experience.

Our program offers you the support and training you need to become a Field Service Technician. This includes:

• The 6-month training program, rotating between 2 main areas:
  • Service Center Technician – repair, adjust, clean or prepare batteries for shipment.
  • Field Service – be out on in the field, providing technical and application support, visiting customer sites, creating relationships with our customers, and completing technical work on our products.

• Complete technical training on our suite of products and systems
• Skills on how to support customer ensuring we create a positive customer experience each time.

We understand that you may not have the technical experience and we are here to help you gain that. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated women who are ready to roll up their sleeves and start learning.

The ideal woman candidate will have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Great problem-solving skills
• An interest in the electrical or mechanical field
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
