Finance/Accounting Administrator
Advanced Composites, Inc. an Iso 9001:2015 and AS9100D company for the design and manufacturing of composite structures is looking for a full-time Finance/Accounting Administrator. The Finance/Accounting Administrator position is a full-time salaried position working M-F 8:00-5:00 pm.


Responsibilities
  • Performs regular reconciliations of asset and liability accounts, including deposit and raw material accounts as well as accounts payable and other current liabilities
  • Reviews purchase order expense accounts for accuracy
  • Reviews payroll reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Reviews delinquent receivables and initiates collection activities for delinquent customers. Works with customers and our sales department to identify proper customer billing methods, using unique customer portal when necessary
  • Prepares job costing and other financial reports as needed
  • Collaborates with HR Generalist to provide interview and other support as needed

Qualifications
  • Minimum of Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant work experience may substitute for degree
  • Must be proficient in Quickbooks
  • Extremely organized with attention to detail
  • Must be accurate, thrive in quick changing, and fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
