We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team in the finance industry. This is a permanent position that requires a candidate with a strong background in financial management, Dynamics Great Plains, performance management, and public accounting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making
• Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning
• Manage the performance of the finance team and provide coaching and feedback as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a finance management role
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
• Experience with Dynamics Great Plains or similar accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in public accounting is a plus
