Our growing local client is PARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced SEC Reporting Manager. This position will start of on a Temporary Basis from June through November/December. This position could possibly convert to client's payroll depending on the needs that might develop within the company.

SALARY: $48.00 - 57.69/hr ($100 - $120K)

BENEFITS:

• Medical is available while Temporary
• If conversion to client's payroll, excellent benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision paid 100% by company for Employee & Family

LOCATION: Modesto Area

HOURS: Monday thru Friday, 8:am to 5:pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assess and propose journal entries for several debt lines, prepare consolidated debt roll-forward and perform related tasks and recons
• Propose stock comp entries from Certent (Easi)/Insight Software, prepare equity/warrant foot note related items and perform related tasks and recons
• Assess accruals, propose entries and perform related tasks and recons
• Propose journals for Pref share accretion and preform recons
• Perform calculations for capitalized interest and Capital expenditures in AP
• Prepare financial statements and the following footnotes - Segment Reporting, Lease and Agreements footnotes.
• Use of Thunderdome (RDG filings) to roll-forward 10Q and upload footnotes, review XBRL tagged by RDG team and file 10Q.
