The TownePlace Suites by Marriott is ready to start welcoming guests in May 2023 and we are actively looking to add to our team!
The Front Desk is primarily responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, verifying methods of payment, responding to guest requests, double checking and correcting billing accuracy, making and changing reservations and working with all other departments to help provide the guests with a positive and memorable experience! The Front Desk may also be assigned other duties such as assisting with cleaning, refreshing public spaces, helping with laundry or other various tasks.
This position does require the ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day, bend, kneel, squat, lift up to 20 pounds, extended time spent on a computer, walk hallways and stairwells, use a step ladder and reach over head.
The shift schedule is from 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm. There may be some variation on those times based on the needs of the hotel and if you are looking for full or part time.
