Living Well Balanced is excited to be accepting resumes for a full time (35-40hours per week) Front Desk (FD). Our FD's play a crucial role in establishing patient relationships and overseeing positive patient experiences. They are also responsible for the day-to-day medical receptionist duties including answering phones, the operation of common computer programs, data entry, scheduling, collections, discussing insurance benefits and fees and other duties. The ideal candidate will be proficient at multi-tasking, have a warm and welcoming personality and the ability to handle a busy, and sometimes stressful, front office. Candidates must have experience answering multiline phone systems, have excellent customer service skills and be able to easily master various software programs. Experience with medical insurance plans is an added bonus.
Living Well Balanced, is a wellness center serving the Upper West Side community for over 18 years by offering massage therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy chiropractic, personal training, stretching and nutritional counseling. We provide a supportive environment for employees and opportunities for withing the front desk department.
