Job Description

Private practice eye doctor in Newfoundland area seeks to fill a full or part time position for office staff. Part time may lead to a full time position. Responsibilities include ensuring all patients receive the highest quality of customer service at all times while handling all aspects of administrative duties in the reception/office area.

Essential Duties:
* Working at the front desk/reception in the office.
* Correspondence.
* Answering and making phone calls.
* Scheduling appointments.
* Filing.
* Verifying insurance benefits.
* Computer skills.
* Assisting with patient testing.
* Data Entry.
* Phone Skills.
Benefits:

* Mandatory evening on Monday and Wednesday
