Opening available at our Albany store for a Front Desk Receptionist/Cashier:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Cashier to work in a fast paced environment. Individual must be able to work a cash register and conduct cash and charge card transactions. Will also be responsible for operating and directing calls through a multi-line auto-attendant phone system. Other duties include supporting various departments (A/P, A/R, Data Processing) as such:
Forward faxes to appropriate recipient from fax folder.
Count and process tickets for Laser Fiche.
Match invoices to vouchers, prepare and mail out.
Print A/P invoices and statements from email.
