Bilingual General Manager and Sales

day. This is directly related to the operations managers ability to affect a crew’s performance
and motivation. The manager is in charge of managing the crews in the successful installation
of beautiful design-build landscape projects from start to finish and should use a get-it-done
approach when managing each project. To ensure the success of a crew it will require ordering
of materials, maintaining relationships with vendors, and proper scheduling of deliveries to
guarantee a smooth start to finish of projects.
The Landscape Manager makes game plans, sticks with it until the job is done, adapts to solve
problems that may arise, and ensures our clients are fully satisfied. The landscape manager
should take full ownership of the projects success or failures that they are managing, from the
sales hand-off to final completion.
