This role will be responsible for the HR Strategy of J&J Vision for the following groups: Global Strategic Marketing, Commercial Excellence and Experience ensuring the delivery of key HR priorities with local teams. This role will also partner with the Head of HR JJV in the development and execution of the talent strategy for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR thought leadership in organizational design, talent management, DEI, change management and workforce planning.
  • Drive a strong culture through development, coaching and business partnership with line leadership.
  • Lead aligned J&J HR strategies across a broadly based network.
  • Drive the Talent Management agenda at the Global Leadership Level for JJV in its design, coordination, and deployment.
  • Access and derive insights on people and culture analytics to advise talent, capabilities and DEI strategies and charter new ways of working as well as build/buy/borrow initiatives in partnership with business leaders.
  • Partner with the Global or Cross Sector Function leaders to craft/define culture, Credo, employee engagement and change initiatives.
  • Play a consultative role in employee communication in change initiatives within client groups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of HR experience required including managerial experience coaching and leading talent.
  • Demonstrate and role model J&J Credo and culture behaviors.
  • Collaborate extensively with diverse teams to integrate HR solutions, balancing voice of local customer, external trends, short- and long term needs to achieve business goals.
  • Identify creative and innovative ideas; challenge the status quo.
  • Lead, develop, and accelerate talent; role model outstanding people leadership.
  • Build, shape, and deploy meaningful strategies that meet long- and short-term goals.
  • Develop robust, diverse, sustainable talent pools; strong expertise in talent management.
  • Integrate internal and external business drivers and financial insights to drive talent outcomes for the business.
  • Effectively coach, influence, and advise.
  • Look across groups and needs to identify/build end-to-end solutions; role model enterprise mindset.
  • Drive strategic change to proactively meet evolving business needs and explore new solutions.
  • Continuously drive enhanced effectiveness and efficiency of HR solutions
  • Identify, use, and role model the use of technology and data to meet and anticipate needs and strategies
