Position Summary:
As part of the SENCO brand team, the Graphic Designer, under the direction of the Marketing Manager, will utilize design, layout, and visual presentation skills to create branded media in support of marketing and sales objectives. This position is responsible for coordinating and creating product packaging and artwork for the entire line of SENCO products, as well as assisting in the creation of print and digital materials, trade show graphics, promotional communications, and photography and video assets.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with brand marketing, product management, and engineering teams to design, create, and implement on-box artwork, in-box product information materials, and on-product labels and logos.
2. Communicate with suppliers on die line, file format, and artwork requirements prior to and throughout the design process to ensure desired output is delivered.
3. Verify all artwork for accuracy and adherence to brand standards prior to final approval and release for print.
4. Create product information flyers and in-store merchandising materials to support new product launches.
5. Develop and design sales flyers in conjunction with promotional calendar to communicate promo details to SENCO dealers and end-users.
6. Assist in the design and creation of trade show graphics and support materials, including large format graphics for print on various substrates and print and digital materials to support new products, customer specific sales programs, and at-show promotions.
7. Attend and assist with on-site photo and video shoots to build SENCO digital asset library.
8. Assist in managing brand asset database and archived files.
9. Monitor competitive landscape and make recommendations on brand and design concepts to stay ahead of industry trends.
10. Design all branded materials in accordance with SENCO brand standards.
11. Other design, brand, and marketing team related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design or related experience
- One to two years design experience using Adobe software suite to create finished materials for print and digital publication
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in packaging design and layout
- Experience with photography, video editing, and animation
- One to two years construction related industry experience
- Ability to align brand message with the needs of target customers
Basic Requirements/Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Above average proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Highly organized and detailed
- Initiative-taker with the desire to work as part of a cross-functional team

- Ability to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment as needed
