We are seeking a Graphic Designer for our customer, County Materials in Marathon, WI.

Job Duties:

• Conceptualizes and creates professional high-quality graphic designs used for print and electronic marketing resources, including but not limited to brochures, print collateral, print ads, signage, posters, eblasts, newsletter, large format displays, printed and electronic presentations, web graphics, and other forms of graphic communications.
• Evaluates work orders to comply with timelines, responsibilities and assigned tasks necessary to complete a project.
• Adheres to the Company's Brand Guidelines.
• Maintains professional and organized archive for all graphic design files.
• Reviews and proofs all Marketing resources before final approval.
• Prepares and formats files to accommodate Spanish translations from service provider as needed, coordinating timelines and managing files.
• Evaluates marketing examples from competitors and industry associations as reference and inspiration
• Supports other graphic designer projects as needed.
• Works with web designer to provide new or updated content, documents and images for website.
• Provides support as needed for managing the company’s internal Digital Signage system through Bright Author software.

• Office working environment.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting frequently. Standing desk options are available.
• Carrying/ Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely.
• Standing / Walking / Climbing rarely.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution in Graphic Arts or related field preferred.
• • Demonstrated experience taking a project from idea generation to final production, incorporating elements of typography, illustration and photography to create visual communications tools.
  • Must be proficient in Mac Computers, Adobe Creative Suites Platform, Microsoft Office Platform, FileMaker Pro, Suitcase Fusion.
  • Knowledge of Mac operating system and experience with PCs using Parallels Desktop.
  • Experience with web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus).
  • Excellent problem solving and creative skills and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Pro-active, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player and positive attitude is a must
