We are looking for a driven PTA assistant who is looking to deliver high level care and wants to be compensated for doing so. We feel that PTA's are severely under appreciated in the industry, and we are giving the power back to the PTA to make as much money as they want to make. With our cash based model that we have refined over the last 5 years, we are no longer handcuffed by the regulations of the insurance companies. As a result, you have the opportunity to get paid on the same level as a DPT if you are willing to work for it.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (PTA)

Sculpt U: Club Physical Therapist Assistant

(Spine and Sport Rehab/Fit Athletic Club)

Here is your opportunity to channel the full extent of your knowledge, skills, ambition, and experience on a daily basis. Inspire our patients to progress each day as you:

• Provide physical therapy treatments inside of some of Houston’s most prestigious health clubs using your manual skills and strength & conditioning concepts
• Keep accurate and timely records of treatment notes
• Communicate effectively with Physical Therapist in charge
• Be available to text and openly communicate with your handful of patients via our app outside of work hours. We bring a higher level of service by giving each patient access to us 24/7.
• Follow up on no shows, new leads coming in not covered by receptionist
• SPANISH/ENGLISH SPEAKING REQUIRED

Credentials:

• Current state licensure or certification on or before the first day of employment required.
• CPR certification
• Successful completion of a degree from an accredited PTA program, plus sufficient experience in the field essential.
• Demonstrated competence in manual therapy and corrective exercise prescription

We are a small company; however, we are on an aggressive growth plan which will yield unique benefit packages in the future as we grow. We currently offer a 4% match in a 401k plan for full time employees.

We are offering an eat what you kill type model or $35 per 45 min visit you that have the ability to be overlapped. This has the potential to pay $70 an hour with industry to be between $30-35. When you do not see patients, you do not receive an hourly rate.

Pay: $35.00 - $70.00 per hour
