Schedule: Full-time

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Strong knowledge of clinical setting preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in recruiting preferred. Requires strong administrative and interpersonal skills. Proficient computer skills are required.
  • Other Qualifications: Qualified candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication ability, customer service skills, and telephone etiquette. Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment and have the ability to organize multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must present professionally, have a pleasant personality, and ability to communicate positively with patients and staff.
SUMMARY
The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment and retention goals. The Healthcare Recruiter screens, interviews and refers candidates for open positions within the hospital. This individual recommends recruitment strategies to the Director and assists with the development of the recruitment plan in keeping patient care, and the hospital's mission and vision foremost at all times.
