Host/Hostess

Quince Fort Worth is looking for dynamic and friendly individuals to join our Host & Hostess team! In this role you will not only be the first point of contact for our guests and be responsible for giving them a warm and enthusiastic welcome but you’ll also work in hand in hand with our service team to ensure our guests have an amazing and personalized experience. Don’t fret, we’ve got your back, we’re happy to teach you how to master this role and join an award winning team!

Who is Quince? Quince began in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and is an award winning restaurant who also happened to be voted the number one rooftop restaurant in the world. Our global cuisine caters to all types of guests, features breathtaking views, and upscale service with genuine hospitality.

What to expect in your role...

• Uphold the Quince Restaurant values and mission while performing responsibilities
• Acquaint yourself with our global cuisine with the info we provide
• Maintain awareness of pace of dining room and communicate with management team
• Map out floor plans based on party sizes, special events, and create a game plan for the shift
• Review and collect guest notes based on feedback and ordering patterns and special requests
• Be present, active, and engaging on the floor
• Assist with turning tables when necessary

Quince SMA debuted in San Miguel de Allende (SMA), Mexico, in the spring of 2016. More than a restaurant, Quince quickly became known for its Experience, combining an upscale global collective menu, upbeat open-air atmosphere, idyllic location, and views with music and entertainment that captured the attention and hearts of its diverse clientele. Quince is rated “#1 Rooftop Restaurant in the World” this year and previously “#1 Rooftop Destination in the World” by Robb Report Magazine.

Quince is expanding its brand to the US, bringing the Quince Experience to the banks of the Trinity River in Fort Worth, Texas, with plans of expanding to Austin. Quince will open its doors in Fort Worth in December 2022.
