Primary Objective of Position
To maximize guest satisfaction by providing neat and clean guests rooms in accordance with standards of the hotel
Major Areas of Accountability
1. Meets and exceeds guests and team member expectations by providing excellent service and teamwork
2. Insures guests’ satisfaction by cleaning guest rooms daily according to operational policies and standards
3. Maximizes job efficiency and neat, orderly appearance by maintaining supply cart and vacuum cleaner
4. Insures quality and quantity of the contents of the linen closet by organizing and cleaning it
5. Insures safety and maximum security
6. Adheres to hotel policies and procedures
7. Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
8. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position
9. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company team-members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
10. At all times projects a favorable image of the hotel to the public
11. Assists with any other tasks and projects as needed to complete daily hotel operations to provide and maintain excellent service and teamwork
12. Completes any training requested by GM
