Job Description

Working as a Housekeeping Operations Manager, you are responsible for assisting Environmental Services leaders in directing and overseeing the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department. This includes coordinating the tasks of front-line staff, conducting inspections, and serving as a liaison between administration and hospital departments to provide the highest possible level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling, training and supervision of all housekeeping staff
• Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility for improvements
• Participates in the hiring process by interviewing applicants and making recommendations for hire
• Builds positive relationships with hospital staff to ensure we are meeting their needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience leading housekeeping or customer service staff in a hospital, healthcare, restaurant or hotel setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
