Job Description

As a digital product lead within the Talent Development workstream you will be aligned to the firmwide Talent team that leads the design, configuration and implementation of the Oracle Human Capital Management software to support various business processes. This role will join the team to help move business requirements, understanding of Oracle Human Capital Management functionality, design decisions, change management and implementation. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in talent management, including Learning development, experience driving global initiatives, strong influencing skills, and will be passionate about transforming processes.

Job Summary

Corporate Human Resources at JPMorgan Chase plays an integral role in designing, implementing, and managing global initiatives across the firm. The functional areas within Corporate Human Resources include global Recruiting, Training, Talent and Development, Career Management, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance and Service Delivery. As part of the firm's ongoing commitment to innovation, premium employee experiences, minimizing risks and strengthening controls, JPMorgan Chase launched the Human Capital Management Cloud Initiative in 2018. This program is leading the transformation of the employee and manager experience, advancement of analytics insights, simplification of processes and technology infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities
  • Product Lead/Owner supporting the Learning Development scrum team in design and development of current/future state processes and functionality of the Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud software, including Oracle Learning Cloud and Dynamic Skills
  • Develop requirements, process maps, identify needs; and validate once designed
  • Strong input on strategy and roadmap design, partner with oracle and work to influence the platform
  • Synthesizes critical information for key stakeholder and senior leader presentations; participates in regular calls with partners; records takeaways and decisions from regular meetings with key partners
  • Help develop and finalize standard operating procedures through discovery/research, documentation, socialization and implementation
  • Execute test scripts and support overall testing strategy and issue resolution

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 5 yrs experience working in Agile team structure and/or in a product owner role
  • Has exceptional project management and communication skills, and is able to meet strict deadlines, multi-task and work across global time zones
  • Demonstrates methodological approach to problem solving; attempts problem solving first before turning to others for a solution
  • Ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization
  • Strong technical skills, including proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project
  • Demonstrated ability to learn a new product and use creative, innovative thinking to develop/implement solutions
  • Experience building professional business relationships with executive leaders, senior leaders, and Human Resource peers
