Paul Davis Restoration of Las Vegas is looking for a Professional, Hard Working, and Reliable individual to represent out company with professional customer service. This is an extremely important role in our company, and we are looking for the best of the best to fill it.


What does the Intake Receptionist with Paul Davis do:


  • This position will require quick and accurate keyboarding skills, professional and accurate follow through and various front office related tasks.
  • Professionally represent PDR as being the first point of customer contact.

Job Requirements:


  • 1-2+ years of experience in a relevant role preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Mitigation experience is a plus but not required
  • Highly organized and attention to detail with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while communicating effectively
  • High level communicator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Hours:


  • A typical shift for this position is 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
