Role Purpose
Ensure Hoffman Auto Group new and /or used vehicle inventory is promptly and properly displayed for online internet marketing and merchandising.

Leadership
This role does not manage others.

Core Accountabilities

• Coordinate and communicate with sales, service, detail & management staff to ensure prompt scheduling for vehicle inventory photography.
• Turn all dealership’s vehicle inventory into online advertising by utilizing appropriate software package.
• Support and assist sales staff & lot attendants in maneuvering vehicles on a daily basis to ensure maximum and efficient photography production.
• Ensure all vehicles are “photography ready” to ensure quality images are captured.
• Accurately describe vehicle features and ensure 35-40 pictures of each vehicle are taken for online display.
• Produce appropriate window stickers and buyers guides for each used vehicle and distribute to store management for application to vehicles.
• Follow all policies and procedures as designated by the Hoffman Auto Group Privacy Act Policy.
• Regular on-time attendance is an essential function of this job. Absences of any kind must be kept to a minimum so business is not negatively affected.

Competencies and Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years’ experience in a sales orientated environment preferred
• Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
• Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
• Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
• Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
