IT Project Manager Senior/Lead

As an IT associate project manager senior or lead in our IT Enterprise Resource and Project Management organization, you’ll manage projects varying in size, duration, and complexity, utilizing different project methodologies. You’ll work closely with project stakeholders to ensure planning and execution phases meet the scope, cost, schedule, and quality expectations throughout the project’s lifecycle. You’ll also support project managers and work with other leaders on a variety of different initiatives.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business or IT discipline and a minimum of two years related work experience in leadership or experience leading or facilitating projects in application development, infrastructure, process, or similar.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, a minimum of four years of related work experience in leadership or experience leading or facilitating projects in application development, infrastructure, process, or similar.

Preferred skills

  • Technical aptitude and proficiency in personal productivity software, as well as visual information management tools. (e.g., MS Office, Azure Dev Ops)
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and overall communication skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards, project management methodologies and software development methodologies (e.g., ISO 9000, ITIL, PRINCE2, PMBOK, Lean Principles, Agile, Scrum Framework)
  • Organizational skills with the ability to execute project objectives to completion and motivate others to complete deliverables and meet project expectations
  • Ability to build effective relationships, coach others and mitigate conflict

Compensation

  • $74,900 - $120,700/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
