About the Position

The Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager at Harris Health is responsible for the operational management and care delivery for the unit in addition to the human resource, quality, and financial management. You will work alongside the leadership team to implement the relevant plans and policies to ensure a high standard of care is maintained. As the Nurse Manager, you will coach and provide oversight for nursing personnel in the Labor and Delivery Suites.

Our nurseries are also well-equipped to handle any complications or healthcare needs that may arise following delivery with our regular nursery (Level I), Newborn Special Care Nursery (Level II), and our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level III).

Minimum to Midpoint Hourly Range: $35.83 - 42.53

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • MSN preferred
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Certification in nursing specialist or nursing administration within 2 years
• 2 years of nursing experience
• 1 year of management or supervisory experience
