Stratas Foods LLC is the leading supplier of fats and oils to the Foodservice, Food Ingredients and Retail Private Label markets in North America and is a producer of quality bulk and packaged dressings, mayonnaise and sauces. We are currently hiring for Food Processing Packaging in the Fresno Area!

Forklift and Operator experience is strongly encouraged to apply. Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required; and must be able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required.

• We offer Medical, Dental and Vision after 30 days.
• In addition, we offer Fitness Reimbursement, 10 paid holidays a year, plus paid vacation.
• Entry level Pay $17.10 to $17.90 per hour.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Relevant Experience: Previous relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment and forklift experience

Equipment/Software Skills: Basic computer knowledge - data entry

Competencies:

• Be active and participate in efficiency and safety improvement teams
• Learn and follow written rules and procedures
• Produce accurate documentation
• Maintain acceptable attendance
• Must be willing and able to learn various positions
• Must fill in when needed in temporary/permanent vacancies.

Physical: Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces, and work with heights

Sensory: Good hearing and sight is important.

Mental/Reasoning: Attention to detail
