LAWN AND LANDSCAPE WORKERS AND SUPERVISORS - Family Lawn Care, 112 Forest Park Drive, Herrin, established in 1995, is a recognized leader in lawn and landscape maintenance and installation is now hiring for the 2023 Season.

We seek several able-bodied workers, male or female, who truly take pride and care about their work. Dependability a key.

Positions are available for:
-CREW LEADERS
-LANDSCAPE CREWS
-MOWING CREWS
-PLANT MANAGEMENT CREW
-HARDSCAPE INSTALLATION
-IRRIGATION
Individuals with the experience of at least one full year in Lawn Maintenance with a professional Company as Supervisors of Crew members strongly are preferred. Dependability is a key. Successful candidates will have good communication skills, ability to follow directions, both written and verbal, as well as ability to work want to do a superior job. Valid Illinois Driver's License and good driving record is required for most positions. Ability to pull a trailer preferred. Basic computer skills. Experience with related equipment These positions are physically demanding and require work relating to task preferred. Work is full-time and in extreme Weather conditions. and physically demanding. Work is full-time and Overtime is paid. Responsibility for equipment utilized, and work safety are very important. Common sense and a good Work Ethic Required. We expect you to want to do a superior job and take pride in your work. Background checks and random drug testing required. Season generally starts in February, but we have Winter Services work available, Weather dependent.
