BSA/AML Quality Assurance Analyst Opportunity Overview The BSA/AML Quality Assurance (QA)
This role will report directly to the Vice President of Manufacturing and Safety and be responsible for the development and management of the overall management
RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer phone calls, chats, or emails handling a variety of complex account issues. Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
Assists varied levels of technicians with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of Baggage Handling Systems and/or Passenger Boarding Bridges.
Business management, marketing, or communications experience within a technical environment (e.g., biotech, pharmaceutical, or another laboratory) preferred.
