RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the supervision of the ICF Nurse Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides general nursing services to individuals receiving 24 hour Residential Services. Responsibilities include conducting medical assessments, assessing physical health needs, scheduling and transporting individuals to medical appointments, providing individuals direct care and maintaining accurate documents.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid LPN license to practice in Virginia
M2: Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Preferred Requirements
P1: Experience working with individuals with a developmental disability
P2: Experience working in the nursing field
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
HOURLY RATE RANGE
$18.81 - $28.95
Shift Differential: $2.00 2nd shift, $3.00 3rd shift
