Gilligans Bar & Grill is actively seeking line cooks.

The line cook will be solely responsible for preparation and presentation of all dishes ordered through the restaurant. They will also be responsible for keeping up stock of all prepped items in down time and ensuring meats are thawed to suit the volume of the restaurant. Kitchen staff maintains cleanliness of all aspects of kitchen. Line cooks will open and close the restaurant and clean the kitchen at closing.
We are looking for candidates that can work set days every week. Experience in grill, fry, and prep cook positions is a must, as our cooks do all three. Dependability and reliability are absolute musts.
We are only considering candidates currently located on Maui.
