The Good Stuff (money & benefits)

• Expect to earn $20-22 per hour + up to an additional $2-4 per hour in tips in this role.

The Deets (what you'll be expected to do in the job)

• Responsible for the quality, food safety and sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served
• Responsible for being well-acquainted with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation/basic safety information
• Prepares food for service using knives, ovens, gas stoves, broiler, griddles
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station and working area

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year of Line Cook experience in a high-volume restaurant or brewpub.
• Experience with cooking food to temp preferred.
• Current food safety knowledge and valid Food Handler Card at time of hire.
• A strong desire to learn and take action to protect the planet.
• Ability to hustle without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
• Physical requirements - must be able to stand and move around a kitchen for up to 8 hours; lift and carry up to 50lbs.
