Litigation Associate

Hybrid/Remote in San Francisco

We are a small, vibrant, boutique law firm with a congenial atmosphere that specializes in civil litigation – Labor and Employment, Real Estate, Business, and Personal Injury. We are looking for a motivated, independent, litigation associate with 0-3 years of experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

We are seeking a litigation associate with 0-3 years of experience to perform the following:

• We offer excellent training; no prior legal experience required
• Legal research and writing
• Direct communications with clients and opposing counsel
• File Complaints & Answers
• Prepare and respond to Discovery (Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, Requests for Admissions & Depositions)
• Defend and take Depositions
• Make Court appearances
• Attend mediations; arbitrations; and trials
• Low billable hours

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for the Litigation Associate is $75,000 to $90,000 and is dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Depending on the workload and court/case schedules, if you want to work on a Flex Friday, you’re free to do so. But, if you’d rather spend Friday on personal time, that's fine too!
