Work and meet with colleagues from all over the world and develop a network of future mechanical engineers. This program will give you broad insight to the company, our culture, and values.

After the program ends you will have gained great experiences to help continue your exciting career within our company.

The program starts on July 10, 2023.

*For this position you can be based anywhere in United States. (There is no specific location).

*You will be travelling 80% of your time to our customer sites.

What you will do

Future Talent Maintenance Technician Trainee

The Customer Service Operations (CSO) team works in seamless collaboration with Market Operations, provides exemplary service to our customers, because the goal is to deliver the best services to the customer on quality and safety. We make CSO an efficient and engaging place to work.

As a Future Talent- Industrial Maintenance Technician Trainee,you will:

  • Learn and participate in execution of preventive maintenance activities, training on the job if required.
  • Requesting spare parts and placing orders according to maintenance process and recommendations.
  • Develop skills for monitoring equipment conditions and restore operational basics.
  • Develop skills for supporting operators during production to ensure the line is running properly.
  • Participate in installation events, training on the job if required.
  • Helping in creating clean and tidy environment around the machine.
  • Execute all work in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team.

We believe you have

  • Are communicative to understand customer needs and willing to learn
  • Have technical school/college background in Mechanics
  • Finished or will finish your technical school/college studies between June 2021 and June 2023
  • Availability to travel 80% of the time

Pay Equity

Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.

Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.

  • Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $55,000.00
  • Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS and overtime.
