• Must represent the Fitness19 Brand by providing great customer service.
• Responsible for selling and promoting club memberships inside and outside the location.
• Prospect for new members.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Under the leadership of a General Manager, and the support of a District Manager, Advisors must have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products.
• Participate in team cleans, helping maintain a spotless facility.

• Previous sales experience (preferred).
• An entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly.
• Personal passion for health and fitness.
• Enjoy working within a team.
• Strong time management skills and practices.
• Willing and able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Standing for prolonged periods of time.
• The ability to communicate well in person and on the phone.
• CPR certified (or within 60 days of employment).
• Light lifting of weights and equipment.
