An interview will be done over the phone and if the interview is successful then you will be invited to do a trial which gives us a chance to see how you work and operate and if we like what we see we offer the position to you. We will be testing your knife skills and either customer service or cooking skills depending on what your specialty is. At some point we will cross train you on different stations since the team is small.
