Mimi Cheng's Dumplings, an expanding and very popular Taiwanese dumpling restaurant using family recipes, is hiring team members, who have great customer service experience! HIRING FOR TWO LOCATIONS! 309 Amsterdam Avenue New York NY 10023 OR 224 Atlantic Avenue Brooklyn NY 11201. An interview will be done over the phone and if the interview is successful then you will be invited to do a trial which gives us a chance to see how you work and operate and if we like what we see we offer the position to you. We will be testing your knife skills and either customer service or cooking skills depending on what your specialty is. At some point we will cross train you on different stations since the team is small.

If you're hired, the position entails:

• providing delightful customer service
• straight forward prep
• cooking
• cleaning

As the kind of individual that we’re looking for, you:

• are punctual
• have workable knowledge of food preparation methods
• are always looking to learn and improve
• have your food handlers license (or are willing to get it within the first month). We pay for the test once you pass
• have weekday and/or weekend availability
