We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Multimedia Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in videography, video editing, graphic design, and podcast production. This role will be responsible for creating compelling visual and audio content that effectively communicates our brand message, promotes our services, and engages our target audience.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website, and events.
2. Assist with graphic design projects, including creating visuals for digital and print media.
3. Set up, produce, and manage the EPIC Health podcast, including recording, editing, and distribution.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative multimedia concepts and campaigns that align with our brand identity
5. Ensure all multimedia content is consistent in style, tone, and quality.
6. Manage and maintain our multimedia assets library, ensuring all files are organized and easily accessible.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in multimedia production.
8. Monitor and report on the performance of multimedia content, using analytics to inform data-driven content decisions.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in multimedia production, including videography, video editing, and graphic design.
3. Proficiency in using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
4. Experience with podcast production and distribution is a plus.
5. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of multimedia projects.
6. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
7. Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
