Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to business segment specific policy, benefits, plan and product design and language.
Working knowledge of business segment specific codes, products, and terminology.
1-3 years' related customer service experience preferably with exposure to provider relations

Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid benefits
Working knowledge of QNXT, EPDB, SCM and Claim Central (EDI) system preferred

Education
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
