Responsibilities:
Nurse Recruiter is responsible for managing the selected market’s full cycle recruitment process overflow for nursing talent, working in coordination with Human Resources Directors and Chief Nursing Officers. The Nurse Recruiter has responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, proactive sourcing and strategies, social media recruitment, developing an applicable talent pool, candidate maintenance, and talent acquisition across the market and company. The Nurse Recruiter provides leadership in analyzing the candidates’ attributes to determine where they may best be utilized to align with the Market Hospitals’ individual strategic objectives. The Nurse Recruiter also tracks and reports accurate recruitment metrics on a weekly basis. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
3 - 5 years’ experience Nurse Recruitment in an acute setting required
National certification preferred
Experience with ATS systems; ICIMS ATS skills preferred
Excellent Microsoft office skills required
Bachelor’s degree required and/or at least 5+ years nurse recruitment in acute setting
Various tracking capabilities and ability to work with all levels of management
